I have always been inspired by the great entrepreneurs of our time that not only made money and built successful companies, but also stood for something more, something bigger than both themselves and their companies and in doing so changed not only their entire business environment, but the world as well.
Simply put: “Business as a force for good” and thanks to the likes of industry leaders like Richard Branson (Virgin), Elon Musk(Tesla), Yvon Chouinard(Patagonia), Doug Tompkins(The North Face), Blake Mykoskie (TOMS), Joshua Onysko (Pangea Organics) and more, we now have that road map.
Moringa came into my life as it comes into most peoples lives at the perfect time.
I was recovering from a rather serious stomach surgery and looking for ways to improve my health when I ran across a scrawny, funny looking tree indigenous to the Himalayan region of northern India. At first I was not really sure what I had run across, so I started to dig deeper.
The more I researched, the more intriguing this unassuming plant became. From rapid growth to impressive nutrition with exciting multi-dimensional uses and byproducts. As I began to seek out industry leaders, and dig deeper I knew that there was something special about this plant and the direction of my life was changing forever.
Shortly after I visited African, two things became very clear…
Moringa growing in its natural environment and the massive positive impact it can have on multiple areas of people’s lives. Not just health, but medicine, agriculture, income and more.
The overwhelming NEED for education and access to this plant around the world. The implications of what this plant can do for the world and the people living in it are both exciting and humbling.
The ideas was simple: Provide the world’s finest Moringa Oleifera products and give a large portion of profits back to those in need and to this day they remain the cornerstones of our business model.
For every product sold, we plant a tree (1 for 1) in an area of the world that needs help and teach the recipients how to use the tree to live a fuller, healthier life.
“Get healthy, Save lives” it’s that simple.
We hope you will join us.
